54% Pinot Noir · 24% Pinot Meunier · 22% Chardonnay · 2022 Vintage

Imagine a strawberry shortcake crashed a dinner party and refused to leave. Now add blood orange, red currant, and three years of patience. That's this wine.

This is a traditional method sparkling wine that earned every single bubble. Whole cluster pressed, aged on lees longer than most people stick with a gym routine. Pour it cold. Drink it slowly. Then immediately want another glass.

"Three distinct sites. One wine. The balance of depth and freshness is the whole point." — Kate Payne Brown, Winemaker

54% Pinot Noir · 24% Pinot Meunier · 22% Chardonnay

LIVE Certified · Organic & Regenerative Farming · Knudsen Vineyard (Dundee Hills, 50-year-old vines) · Lone Star & Spirit Hill Vineyards (Eola-Amity Hills)

Crushed Strawberry · Rose Petal · Blood Orange · Red Currant · Warm Brioche · Creamy Mid-Palate · Mineral Finish

12% ABV · 7 g/L Residual Sugar · 328 Cases Made · 3+ Years on Lees

Traditional method Brut Rosé sourced from three Argyle estate vineyards. A late April frost in 2022 pushed harvest nearly three weeks later than usual extra hang time, extra precision. Whole cluster pressed over three hours, vinified in stainless and neutral oak, then tirage bottled and aged over three years on lees. The result: a fine, persistent mousse and the kind of finish that makes you forget you had a question.

Tell Me About Bubble Butts

Both. The label gets your attention (Anna Sweet's iconic photography, exclusive to this bottle). But the wine backs it up — three years on lees, serious winemaker pedigree, fruit from 50-year-old vines. It tastes like $65. It just also looks like something you want to show your friends.

Traditional method (same process as Champagne) means the bubbles are created inside the bottle during a second fermentation. That takes time, precision, and care, and creates finer bubbles and more complexity. Regular sparkling wine (like Prosecco) uses a faster, cheaper method. You can taste the difference — this one is traditional method.

Your'e good. At 7 g/L residual sugar, this is bone dry (Brut). It's not going to taste like dessert. It tastes like a serious sparkling wine that happens to have strawberry and blood orange notes — not because it's sweet, but because of the fruit used.

Probably, yeah. This is a limited release. Once it's gone, the 2022 vintage is done. If you want it, don't wait — we have 50 magnums left and standard bottles are moving.
