92% Pinot Noir, 7% Red Blend, 1% Gewurztraminer
Sourced from a mix of Willamette Valley vineyards. Harvest ran from early September through mid-October 2025 a long, patient window that let the fruit fully ripen on its own terms.

A blend of direct press and saignée (a fancy word for concentrating flavor), two different approaches to the same pink obsession. Fermented in stainless steel to keep everything clean and alive, with a small percentage finishing in neutral oak for just enough texture to make it interesting. Nine months total before it hit the bottle.
